Hi, I’m Kati.

I help women with past trauma experience move beyond their limiting programming and into the post-traumatic growth mindset that creates the reality of their dreams.

I combine metaphysical teachings on manifestation with nervous system regulation and identity work.

As a trained sociologist, systemicist, holistic consultant, and certified trauma-sensitive coach, I come with extensive expertise from both the 3D scientifical world and the 5D world of pure potentiality.

Let’s unfold yours together!

On a Personal Note

Today I live with cPTSG - creative, post-traumatic signs of growth.

As it turns out, that’s the only part of the story that matters. The journey that got me here led me through over a decade of personal development, through multiple healing modalities, trainings, personal pivots, and awakenings. Manifestation was the one I least expected.

I was convinced that manifestation (only positive vibes please) and trauma healing (feel it to heal it) don’t go together. When that perspective shifted overnight, I began to leap into a new level of self. I like to say that we don’t notice our absence while we’re gone - we realise it upon our return. And as we return to our true selves, we bring along the clarity, the wisdom, the solutions, the agency, the compassion, and the love that connects us to our freest, most authentic self yet.

It fills me with joy and excitement to be able to serve and share what I’ve learned with you from this new level of awareness. I can’t wait to bring you up here!

to Manifestation and Trauma

My Approach

Just as in real life, the trauma part in traumanifest might look and feel a little overpowering for the manifestation part. After all, it’s harder to turn your dreams into a reality when they are frequently bombed either by emotional flashbacks or by the occasional inaction slump. However, trauma might actually be the least interesting thing about manifesting with trauma experience. In fact, “Traum” as in traumanifest is German for “dream”. You, too, can create your dream manifesto!

The trauma that might have felt overpowering at first turns out to be but a background noise to the symphony of creating your dream manifesto.

Trauma didn’t happen to hinder you - it rather instilled in you the yearning desire for its opposite to be experienced by you in this life. Traumatic experiences often come with extraordinary desires for contrast - freedom instead of captivity, visibility instead of neglect.

Your greatest dreams and desires didn’t come as the impossible - only without a manual.
